We start by removing residue and film so we can see the true condition of the stone.

Honing evens out wear; polishing and crystallization bring the reflection back. We recommend only the steps your stone actually needs.

One honest note: if cloudiness is coming from moisture under the stone rather than the surface, polishing won’t fix that — and we’ll tell you plainly if that’s what we suspect. We restore existing stone; we do not install replacement floors.
