What we do
Marble first — but granite, travertine, limestone, terrazzo, tile and grout too. We recommend only the work your surface actually needs, and we don’t sell you a floor: New Galaxy Floor restores and maintains existing stone, it does not replace it.
Grinding out lippage and deep damage, honing smooth, polishing, and crystallizing for a hard, bright, long-lasting mirror finish — plus chip & crack repair, etch and stain treatment, and sealing.
Marble and granite countertops honed, polished, sealed and repaired — water rings, etch marks, dull spots and worn sink areas brought back.
Polishing, sink-area wear, hard-water buildup, chip repair and refinishing. Sealing where the stone actually needs it — not as an automatic add-on.
Filling holes and pits, refinishing, honing, polishing and sealing — bringing back a surface that daily cleaning can’t restore.
Restoration and polishing for lobbies, entrances, medallions and large residential floors that have lost their clarity to traffic.
Deep cleaning, grout repair, replacement and re-sealing, and re-bonding of loose or hollow tiles — without implying a full new tile floor.
Finish options
Honing creates a smooth, matte-to-satin surface without the strong mirror reflection of a polished finish — achieved through controlled abrasive refinishing that stops before the final polishing stages. Some clients simply prefer the softer, more understated look. The right finish, and whether a stone should be sealed, depends on the specific material — so we recommend a professional assessment rather than a blanket rule.
Our process
Show us the surface and the problem, and tell us where the property is located.
We tell you what we’re likely seeing — wear, etching, a stain, damage — and the options.
In person where needed, we confirm what you have and recommend the right process, with a test area where appropriate.
Grinding, honing, polishing, crystallization, filling and repair — matched to your surface.
We review the finished result with you before we consider the job done.
Simple advice to help the finish last, and a standing offer to come back when it’s time.
