Maintain
The stone is sound and mostly needs a maintenance plan to protect the finish and slow wear.
Repair or restore
Worn, dull, etched or damaged stone that can be refinished — far less disruptive and less costly than replacement.
Replace
Occasionally a floor is genuinely beyond restoring. We’ll say so plainly — and note that we do not perform installation, so that recommendation isn’t us selling you a tear-out.
